Benito's Trattoria - Fine Dining in the European Tradition

Benito's Trattoria was originally founded in Peapack, New Jersey in 1991 by the current owner's (John) uncle. We stayed in that location for approximately five years before moving to the current location in Chester, New Jersey.

The Owner's nephew, John, took over the business in 2002 and changed the name to Benito's Trattoria. We have the same Chef, cooks, Maitre d' and staff that we've always employed.

We have enjoyed an "Excellent" Zagat rating for several years, and will continue to strive to always exceed your expectations.

This "quaint" "romantic" BYO in Chester is where the "locals go" for "excellent" "homestyle" Northern Italian brought by staffers who make you feel like "family" and ultimately help "guarantee a loyal following"; Naturally, it can get "noisy", but that comes with the territory of a "real find."
